Sport is not excluded from these demands. Through the Sports psychologyAs a growing discipline, doors are opening for the access of health sciences to the world of sport.

Failure to take into account psychological factors in sports performance can lead to significant failures in achieving the goals that a team sets for itself. For this reason, it is of the utmost importance to appreciate the ways in which they influence performance, behavior and personal development.

The application of health sciences to sports is not only developed in high-performance contexts, it can also make contributions when the sports context is considered a means of training. Sport can be channeled as a health tool as long as the methodology used in its teaching and the conditions in which it is developed favor it being an educating and training medium.
The coaches, teachers, assistants, and members of the technical team are the ones who can collaborate in the construction of a particular seal of the team according to their sports practices. A sports device, of any field, can manage leadership imprints, decision-making capacity and development of personal strengths that allow the integral development of the person and the team.
