Presentation

The International Relations Language Center opens the call for Spanish Language Courses for foreigners.

Our language courses aim to develop the skills of expression, oral and written comprehension, so that you reach the successive corresponding linguistic and communicative levels established in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). International standard that defines language skills and competences for everyone on a scale of levels ranging from A1, basic level, to C2, for those who have an exceptional command of the language.

Levels

Access

If I start from scratch:

If you do not have any knowledge of the language, you must select the A1 level option when pre-registering. In this case you will not need to perform a classification test.

If I already have knowledge of the language:

  1. If you have knowledge of the language, but you cannot prove it or you do not know exactly what level you have, you must check the Leveling Exam option when registering. This test will allow you to know which is your most appropriate level to start with.
  2. If you already have some knowledge of the language and can accredit it with an official certificate, you must send it by mail to International Relations so that we can tell you the corresponding level languages@um.edu.ar
  3. If you have taken and passed at the UM Language Center, you can automatically access the next level, without having to take the leveling exam. If you have taken it for more than two years, we recommend taking the leveling exam.
