The course is supported by the academic excellence of the Universidad de Mendoza And because of our institution's long history, tradition, and the values it represents. Its main objective is to address the topic of corporate ethics with a profound and realistic approach, conceiving this discipline as a new worldview born in the business world and expanding to all institutional spheres of the international community. Compliance, understood as a multifaceted discipline from which regulatory, management, leadership, and control tools are developed to improve the ethical culture of organizations and ensure proactive, preventive, and unavoidable regulatory compliance, is the main topic covered in this program.
Throughout its six previous editions, the Diploma program has evolved into a space for training, disseminating, and consolidating a culture of regulatory compliance and corporate ethics within our community. Following this trajectory, in this edition we have updated our content, incorporating essential topics closely linked to compliance into our curriculum.
True to the essence of compliance, which represents a multidisciplinary paradigm constantly evolving and interacting with other disciplines, we are pleased to present this proposal. We invite you to join this new and improved edition of our Diploma program, which is growing every day.
course modality
In this new edition, we have incorporated a new modality to adapt to the latest trends in continuing education and generate a flexible proposal that is appropriate to the requirements and needs of our students.
A basic cycle will be taught during 2026 in a synchronous and weekly manner, consisting of 100 hours of total workload and 5 hours of weekly workload distributed as follows:
- 2 hours of synchronous meetings per week.
- 3 hours per week for studying material available in our online classroom and preparing for assessment activities.
In 2027, three modules covering in-depth content will be offered throughout the month of March. These modules will be delivered asynchronously, incorporating online coaching sessions and hybrid meetings. Complementary in-person sessions are also planned. The content to be covered in this phase includes:
- The course syllabus includes in-depth content related to the study of compliance as a tool to improve transparency in public procurement and public ethics, incorporating new professors with extensive experience in the subject.
- In-depth content related to the study of compliance as a fundamental tool for the prevention of money laundering, compliance tools in the financial and tax sector.
- In-depth content related to strategic alliances and collective actions in compliance and their importance for the consolidation of integrity plans.
During this period, a 4-hour workshop (in 2 classes) on Research Methodology will be taught synchronously and online during the month of April 2027 as the closing of the course.
Costs, discounts and benefits
Cost for students from Argentina, 2026 stage:
5 monthly installments of AR$99.000,00
Period 2027: 2 installments during the months of March and April, which will be adjusted according to the inflationary increase of that year.

This course is designed for individuals whose roles involve compliance responsibilities within public and private organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, including directors, managers, human resources personnel, procurement officers, auditors, etc. It is also aimed at professionals (lawyers, accountants, engineers, occupational health and safety specialists, political scientists, etc.) who work in compliance consulting or seek to expand their expertise.

- Sustainable Development Goals - Environmental Compliance.
- The panorama of Compliance at a local and international level
- Corporate Governance
- Criminal Regime of Legal Entities – criminal compliance.
- Integrity Plan: stages, fundamental elements according to local and international regulations, techniques for its design, monitoring and implementation, dissemination techniques, control systems, risk mapping and monitoring, implementation and handling of complaints and research protocols.
- Risk detection and management.
- Basic auditing techniques. COSO standards. Due diligence compliance techniques.
- Compliance and human resources.
Period 2027:
- Tax Compliance.
- Compliance in the Public Sector. Guidelines and policies for government procurement. Foundations of institutional public ethics. Transparency in the public sector.
- Compliance in the financial sector. Prevention of money laundering.
- Collective actions for the fight against corruption.
