Presentation
Universidad de Mendoza adopts, as one of the possibilities of continuous training, the figure of the Diploma understood as an educational unit closed in itself, made up of a set of subjects organized in modules of improvement, updating and / or deepening of a specific area of knowledge, and that contributes to the development of professional or academic competencies.
The Diploma is generated by the detection of a need in the specific area of Consumer Law, which can be attended academically from the University with scientific, disciplinary and methodological rigor.
The purpose of the Diploma is to ensure a set of advanced conceptual, theoretical and practical tools, aimed at resolving the conflicts faced by consumers and users of goods and services. It should be noted that the third cohort, taking into account the situation of public knowledge that exists worldwide, will give priority to the in-depth study of consumer relationships and contracts in times 4.0.

Universidad de Mendoza, with 60 years of experience, worked on this concept from different areas, generating training that would be useful at the regional level to optimize the level of our Cuyo professionals in the search for original and productive offer.
There were no university diplomas endorsed by the National Directorate of University Management and Supervision (DNGyFU) in the Nuevo Cuyo Region.
The Diploma in Consumer Law of the FCJS of the Universidad de Mendoza It has the national certification granted by the Ministry (DNGyFU), which gives the offer a different status since it opens the field to the student not only nationally but also internationally, to validate the knowledge acquired.
