Presentation

This Diploma program arose from the identified need in the specific areas of Civil, Commercial, Labor, and Criminal Law, as well as in the field of Economics, to understand and manage not only information and communication technologies (ICTs), but also exponential technologies (BNICs) such as biotechnology, nanotechnology, information technology, and cognitive technology, which are already impacting the economic sphere and require prompt legal regulation. This need for theoretical knowledge and practical skills can be addressed academically by the University with scientific, disciplinary, and methodological rigor.

The need for systematic training of high-level professionals in this area appears as an urgent task in the current stage that our country and the world are experiencing.

Our Diploma will provide you with tools to understand the integration of the administration of justice in the era of artificial intelligence.

New to this edition are the reforms introduced in the draft Penal Code, which is scheduled for 2026. In particular, it will address the inclusion of artificial intelligence as a novel form of crime and Titles 26 and 27, which separately cover cybercrimes and intellectual property infringements.
