Upon completion of the degree course, the graduate will be able to:
Integrate or lead interdisciplinary teams to develop cultural projects in the public or private sphere related to architectural heritage.
Participate in architectural heritage management actions, outlining planning strategies for sustainable projects aimed at the reincorporation of the asset into society, and its maintenance over time.
Understand and analyze in the local, regional and national dimension the architectural heritage management processes and design institutional and social forms of intervention based on the tools and methodologies acquired during the specialization.
Develop research tasks for the elaboration of documentary bodies, and the planning of strategies in the field of architecture.

Prepare reports and documentation related to preventive conservation, maintenance, recycling and restoration of architectural heritage, attending to management, legal and administrative aspects for the enhancement of a building.

* Integrate interdisciplinary teams to develop Intervention projects in architectural heritage.
* Exercise the Technical Direction of works of intervention in the architectural heritage.

Note: * These competencies are restricted to the titles of Architect or Engineer

Full-time Friday and half-day Saturday with a sequence every 15 days, distributed in 3 semesters + TFE Production Workshop.
Academic and administrative times
360 localized hours of schooling and follow-up plus Final Specialization Project –TFE-.
The degree course consists of five subjects; plus a TFE production workshop.
Likewise, each subject has an integrating module in order for the students to articulate and integrate the knowledge in a work proposed ad hoc by the teacher of the subject.
