Presentation

Postgraduate university studies are an increasingly pressing need. Professionals graduating from undergraduate degree programs face difficulties stemming from a lack of training or the growing complexity of the world we live in, often feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume of scientific information. This has contributed to raising awareness of the need to continue university learning after obtaining a degree, and consequently, to generating a significant demand for advanced degree programs.

It is interesting to note that the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad de Mendoza, began the degree course in law on campus San Rafael in 1996; therefore, after 28 years, it becomes necessary to start a Specialization in Labor Law for graduates from southern Mendoza; given that there is no postgraduate degree course in the indicated subject.

Therefore, the School of Law and Social Sciences decided to create a Specialization that combines essential knowledge of individual and collective labor law with a business perspective for its practical and strategic application. The program also integrates aspects of labor relations management, training professionals to successfully address the legal challenges faced by companies in the global market.

The Specialization in Labor Law is developed in an articulated manner with the Master's Degree in Labor Law, offering lawyers and notaries the possibility of double qualification.
