The degree course was previously evaluated in 2000, resulting accredited by CONEAU Resolution No. 613/00 and in 2010, resulting accredited by CONEAU Resolution No. 915/10.
The postgraduate degree course of Lawyer Specialist in Criminal Sciences was presented in 1992 and approved by Resolution of the then Ministry of Culture and Education of the Nation in 1993, for which it began in 1994 and then a second cohort was issued in 1996.
The Specialization in Criminal Sciences has been taught continuously since 2010 in order to deepen the knowledge of various aspects of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure in force in the Argentine Republic, taking into account especially the modifications introduced in our legal system from the constitutional reform of 1994 and the important reform process of the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure. It seeks to apply theory to practice and develop a critical spirit about the current functioning of criminal laws that allow detecting errors and successes of the latest reforms and the system in general.
