The Specialization in Magistracy and Judicial Management has the following academic-admissions management instances.

The professors that make up the Faculty as referents of the degree course are selected based on their academic relevance and curricular background.

They will be considered as:

1. Responsible teachers: those who have academic responsibility for the progress of the curricular activity of the subject under their charge.
2. Stable teachers: those who are included in the teaching body and who will collaborate with the responsible teacher in the dictation of the subject that he is in charge of.
3. Guest teachers: those who eventually assume part of the dictation of a curricular activity, at the invitation of the responsible teacher or by the Director. The invited professors who eventually assume the dictation of a curricular activity, must fulfill the corresponding functions assigned to them by the responsible professors.

Structure

The Specialization in Judiciary and Judicial Management, is a structured degree course that includes eighteen (18) subjects organized into three (3) axes, with the aim of updating the student in the knowledge of the issues considered most significant in the subject addressed. .

The schedule and the specific information of the Curriculum, as well as the materials and documents, are available to our students in the online chair from the beginning of the course.

Duration

Total course workload (not including the Final Project): 18 months

The planning of the academic activities of the degree course will provide meeting instances between the teachers of the subjects and the students outside class hours, in order to enable specific consultations and tutorials on the contents worked on, with a final destination in the preparation of the final thesis. To this end, hours of tutorials are planned, by professors from the House, and 72 hours of research and internships.

The Master's Degree in Magistracy and Judicial Management is developed in an articulated way with the Specialization, so that students of the Specialization can apply for admission to the Master's Degree by sending an email to the Graduate Office.
