Inner Wellbeing
General Purpose
Contribute to the integral development of the entire university community:
Teachers, Students, Support Personnel and Graduates improving their quality of life and potential growth through interdisciplinary work, based on principles of responsibility, tolerance, coexistence, participation, commitment, recognition
and freedom.

Showtimes:
1. Promote spaces for personal growth that favor the self-realization of the people who make up the UM family.
2. Contribute to the construction of a university culture and the development of an environment for the humanization of life in the community.
3. Implement the academic dimension of inner well-being through the development of programs and services related to physical, socioeconomic, psycho-affective and spiritual aspects.
4. Periodically carry out investigative processes that allow us to know the changes in the UM university community and redirect activities and programs.
5. Work on comprehensive prevention programs, in order to promote harmonious and healthy lifestyles.
6. Promote inter-institutional agreements, in order to share human, logistical, technological and economic resources, in the search for the "well-being" of the community.
Culture and Recreation
General Purpose
Generate projects and actions that help to achieve cultural and artistic expressions that promote integration and consolidate the UM community.

Showtimes:
1. Plan the cultural activity in the Institution with coverage for
all the estates that make it up.
2. Generate, execute and evaluate cultural projects for the representative artistic groups of the Institution in all branches of art.
3. Help in the dissemination of cultural activities to the student population.
4. Provide feedback on the impact of cultural activities carried out throughout the community
5. Ensure the proper use and condition of the cultural settings of both the UM Choir and the Theater Group.
Entrepreneurship
General Purpose
Generate a participatory space to consolidate an Entrepreneurial University, satisfying the growing demand and interest of the community for Entrepreneurship, the creation and development of Start-Up or companies, the management of capital and resources to undertake and the stimulation of innovation and development.

Showtimes:
1. Encourage and promote the Entrepreneurial Development Program of the Universidad de Mendoza (ProDEUM) through actions that tend to stimulate the active participation of the UM Community.
2. Maintain and increase participation in representative bodies of provincial entrepreneurial development such as the
Entrepreneur Advisory Council (CCE).
3. Support the design and implementation of policies aimed at collaborating with local entrepreneurial development.
4. Manage strategic links with the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem.
5. Promote and facilitate pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration processes for students and young professionals of the University.
6. Promote a network of mentors with teachers from the UM Community for internal and external training.
Transparency and Integrity Laboratory
General Purpose
Promote, monitor and contribute to the institutionalization of policies and measures in favor of Integrity, Transparency and the fight against Corruption according to the UN Millennium Goals.

Showtimes:
1. Provide training on the subject in the academic field of Degree Courses, faculty of all Schools and administrative staff.
2. Advise and support Companies with the design and implementation of Integrity Programs; Integrity Program Analysis; Training "in Company" on Compliance issues.
3. Assist in issues of Transparency, Compliance and Corporate Governance, assisting through research, training for the entire private sector and the public sector.
4. Manage and launch the Adhesion of the Universidad de Mendoza to the Global Compact and International Transparency.

University Social Responsibility
General Purpose
Encourage and promote the concept of "Responsible Citizen" of each of the members of the UM University Community in the different campuses of the University.

Showtimes:
1. Encourage and promote the University Volunteer Program, through actions that tend to stimulate the active participation of the UM Community.
2. Design, implement and monitor campaigns on awareness issues defined in a timely manner.
3. Manage strategic links with civil society organizations in the territories of competence of the University, arbitrating the necessary means to materialize the necessary alliances.
4. Actively participate in all international activities organized within the framework of the Latin American Network for University Social Responsibility (URSULA) such as Congresses and Collaborative Experiences.
5. Support the design and implementation of the Social Balance of the Universidad de Mendoza, through the survey and registration of the actions carried out and under the standards of the “+B” certification.
University Social Responsibility
General Purpose
Develop the University-Medium relationship with the guidelines of the Triple Helix, aimed at strengthening the relationship and transfer activities, consulting, technical assistance and services to third parties for which a consideration is received.

Showtimes:
1. Maintain and increase links with municipal, provincial and national governments in the field of extension and outreach.
2. Generate innovative elements and knowledge in pursuit of economic growth and social development with the private sector.
3. Promote vertical and horizontal interrelation with the Educational System at all levels.
4. Create, maintain and monitor cooperation agreements with each of the nodes that make up the interaction model within the framework of the entire UM community.
5. Maintain and increase Technological Services spaces that provide the neutrality and quality that the University can provide.
6. Promote the BioIEM Laboratory of advice and biotechnological services for the verification of electromedical equipment and simulation of medical situations, in order to minimize the risk of patients.
