Presentation
The Private Law Institute brings together the Private Law Professors of the School of Law and Social Sciences, both on the Mendoza campus and on campus. San Rafael, and to professionals in the area of Law or related fields who wish to participate in the activities proposed within the framework of the institute's activities.
By virtue of the subjects covered, Private Law professors constitute a large mass of professors, ranging from the General Part of Civil Law, through the Law of Obligations and Tort Law (Private 2nd), Commercial and Corporate Law, Contract Law, Real Rights, Exchange and Banking Law, Bankruptcy Law (which covers many topics of Procedural Law), Inheritance Law, Private International Law, among other subjects.
In response to the aforementioned characteristics, the Institute of Private Law is proposed as an area that allows the various positions and proposals coming from the multiple areas of law to unite, proposing the formation of commissions between the different branches of law, with references suggested by their pairs, who articulate various proposals. In this way, the Institute positions itself as a facilitator of the suggested activities, and as a generator of activities and researchers in the area of Private Law.
