"The real estate broker is a reflective person with high rectitude and solvency in his performance, transferring with a creative, qualitative and dynamic vision"

The origin of the commemoration was the first Constitutive Assembly of pioneers and forgers of this profession in Argentina held in the city of Tandil, on October 11, 1943. In 1986 the Argentine Federation of Entities of Auctioneers and Real Estate Brokers declared October 11 such as the Real Estate Broker Day, also regulated in National Law No. 20.266.
It should be noted that the School of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design of our House of Studies offers a plan for students and graduates who can be trained in the field of marketing through real estate brokerage. This academic proposal is open both to qualified architects and to third-year students onwards, from the Architecture and Urbanism degree course, from the Universidad de Mendoza.
For the latter, among other conditions, it is required to obtain the diploma of Architect, prior to the Real Estate Broker diploma.
Same on campus Río Cuarto from the Universidad de Mendoza, there is the Real Estate Broker undergraduate degree course and our graduates are enabled to:
• Intermediate in the conclusion of temporary or permanent contracts related to real estate available for these purposes, whether public or private, exempted from being subject to public or private auction.
• Act in their own name and on behalf of others, being paid for it.
• Carry out appraisals related to market values.
• Advise in the preliminary stages of commercial real estate operations.
• Collaborate with other occupations and professions with scopes beyond those present that intervene in the real estate market.
• Guide the intermediated parties on the competition and need for advice and intervention of other occupations and professions enabled in the real estate market.
• Act as an appraiser in ordinary and federal justice.
• Issue judgments on social and technical matters of intermediation.
• Design, execute and control brokerage proposals leading to optimal commercialization or agreement between parties.
• Carry out any other activity inherent to real estate brokerage
Universidad de Mendoza salutes all Real Estate Brokers, who exercise this millenary profession that succeeded bartering and arose when the first coins appeared before the Christian era.
