Conference “Donating blood is donating life”
An activity that seeks to raise awareness about the importance of blood and bone marrow donation, and to debunk myths surrounding the donation process.

Next November 7th at 11:00 am, in the Auditorium Hall of the Universidad de Mendoza campus Río Cuarto, will be carried out Conference “Donating blood is donating life”, an awareness campaign on blood and bone marrow donation, aimed at students and professionals in the health field.

During the day, technical aspects of the donation process will be addressed and updated information will be provided on the myths and truths surrounding this solidarity practice.

The presentations will be given by Mariela Moreno, Licensed in Hemotherapy and Hematology (Mat. 9912); Andrea del Valle Gonzales, in charge of Promotion at the Central Blood Bank Foundation Río Cuarto, and Giovanna BesopianettoLaboratory Technique.

The activity is in-person and free of charge, and is addressed to the entire UM community.

They organize the Coordination of the University Technical Degree in Surgical Instrumentation of the School of Health Sciences – UM campus Río Cuarto and Blood Bank Foundation Río Cuarto.
