This day commemorates the publication of Luca Pacioli's book, Summa de Arithmetica, Geometria, Proportion et Proportionalita, on December 17, 1494. This work remains the foundation of modern accounting. His legacy is so profound that Pacioli is now known as the "father of accounting."

Corporate advice and other entities: action in the different stages of the entity's life and transfer of goodwill.
Labor and social security advice: administrative-accounting operations and action in administrative resources.
Tax advice: analysis of the entity's situation in relation to the different taxes, administrative-accounting operations, action in administrative appeals and promotion regimes.
Company receiverships: bankruptcy proceedings, liquidation of damages and losses, financial statements in the dissolution and liquidation of companies, accounting opinions and reports in administrations and judicial interventions, intervention in inheritance trials and collations and expert reports in the aforementioned areas of responsibility.
