The School of Engineering invites you to the talk "Global Reporting Initiative (GRI): Why does reporting contribute to sustainable development?"
Within the framework of the Lecture Series organized by the Observatory of Sustainable Practices (OPS), the School of Engineering of the Universidad de Mendoza is pleased to invite the entire academic community to an exclusive meeting with Lara Lovero, Country Manager of GRI and Sr. Programs Coordinator

The event will focus on analyzing the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reports on sustainable development and will provide in-depth knowledge of the most widely used non-financial reporting framework globally..

Event details:

  • Date: Tuesday June 2.

  • Time: 4: 00 hs.

  • Modality: Hybrid (In-person at the Dra. Ing. Cristina Párraga Auditorium and online).

  • Speaker: Lara Lovero, representative of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Target audience: While the activity is open to students from all faculties of the UM, a special invitation is extended to students of the School of Engineering and the School of Economic Sciences. The objective is to delve deeper into the strategic link between sustainability reports and traditional financial reports.
