Pedagogical innovation with Harvard's support

La Universidad de Mendoza It offers its teaching community an excellent opportunity for international professional development.. Launched in collaboration with Harvard Business Impact, the course «Teaching with Purpose 2026» It is a proposal designed specifically for university professors seeking to enhance their skills through the use of new technologies.

The program is 100% online and free (available to both Santander Bank customers and non-customers) with the central objective of strengthening teaching practice and creating much more meaningful classroom experiences.

Thematic axes of the program

The training has a modern approach adapted to the current challenges of higher education, focusing on:

• Active learning: methodologies to energize classes.

• Inclusive environments: tools to promote diversity in the classroom.

• Practical Uses of Artificial Intelligence: Integration of AI as a pedagogical ally.

Course details

• Duration: 8 weeks (online format).

• Quotas: 2.000 places available internationally.

• Languages: Sufficient command (oral and written) of Spanish, Portuguese or English is required..

Requirements to apply

Teachers interested in applying for one of the scholarships must meet the following conditions:

• Be older than 18 years.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education.

• To be a resident of one of the participating countries, which include Argentina.

Registrations

To participate in the selection process, interested parties must submit their application through the platform of Santander Open Academy and complete the corresponding assessment.
