Consolidate actions related to the quality of postgraduate degrees in all its modalities, create fourth level postgraduate degrees and degree courses in accordance with current academic and professional demands and contribute from continuous training to the process of evolution of the University that makes it a benchmark academic, productive and social, regional and global, sustaining a strong policy of internationalization of Higher Education.

• To achieve this, the following sublines are defined:
  • Participatory action of the educational community horizontally and vertically.
  • Institutional positioning in the regional and world environment.
  • Generation and transfer of border knowledge (applications, specializations, masters and doctorates).
  • Optimization and strengthening of own human resources.
  • Participation in international networks and definition of mobility programs for teachers and students.
  • Creation of new areas of academic action both in ostgraduate and postgraduate degrees and in continuous training. (EAD); Language School; Center for Education Studies.
