Goal
Define the Human Resources Policies within the scope of the University, as the guiding guides for executing administrative actions focused on the officials of the Organization and institutional development. The definition of our policies must be in accordance with the general strategic definitions indicated by the University authorities, which determine its reason for being and its future vision, and be oriented to support and give viability to the construction of that future state. wanted.

Scope
These Policies apply to all Non-Teaching University personnel.

Strategic Objectives of Human Resources
Linked to the guidelines of the University are the strategic objectives of Human Resources, developed and agreed with the highest authorities of the university through a process of participatory reflection within the framework of the development of the Institutional Development Project.

1. Promote a policy of incorporation, development, retirement and retirement that allows generating the conditions to ensure adequate renewal of academic staff and support staff.
2. Establish a policy and compensation scheme for staff that includes competitive standards of academic reference, takes into account market conditions and defines incentive policies for academics of excellence.
3. Strengthen the civil servant degree course, establishing a program to reinforce the professional degree course in technical and administrative tasks, with parameters for entry, permanence, promotion and dismissal.

Objectives of the Human Resources Policies

a) Promote the development of modern management that anticipates, guides and strengthens the changes necessary to meet the institutional strategic objectives, developing an administration that also promotes the development of people and the organization.

b) Strengthen the Human Resources Management of the university organizations, supporting, guiding and advising them, to contribute to the fulfillment of the institutional strategic objectives in this area.

c) Develop a comprehensive Human Resources system that contains policies and procedures for recruitment and selection, remuneration, training and dismissal, homogeneous, transversal to all university organizations.

d) Promote the sense of belonging, commitment, identity, integration and transversality in the actions of University officials.

e) Promote at the University a relational style based on cooperation, academic and professional rigor, respect for plurality and universality of thought, as well as participation and commitment to the guiding principles of our House of Studies.

f) Promote work climates supported by forms of direct communication and harmonious human relationships. Promotion and achievement of improvement in the quality of life of personnel, their working conditions and the development of systematic risk prevention actions.
